View BPR’s
The View BPR’s grid displays all Batch Production Records (BPRs) in the system. Use this page to review production records, generate reports, manage lot numbers, print production documentation, and monitor production readiness.
Overview
Batch Production Records (BPRs) are created inside production orders and represent individual production runs for a product. The View BPR’s grid allows users to sort, search, and filter production records using standard grid tools.
Users can quickly determine whether a production record is ready for manufacturing by reviewing order alerts and component availability directly from the grid.

Order alerts use colored indicators to show whether all required components are available for production. Additional custom alerts may also be configured within the system.
Order Alert Status
- Green Circle — All required components are available and production can begin.
- Red Circle — Required components are missing and the production record cannot be completed.
