Grid Column Information

Some column titles require additional explanation because the title is not descriptive enough or a formula is used to calculate the displayed data.

Column Description
Modified Can be updated by Quarantine Inventory > Quarantine Item, Quarantine List > Delete, Quarantine List > Release > Release Batch, Quarantine List > Release > Reject Batch, Transfer Batch > Create New Batch, Production Sheet > Finalize Production, or scanner actions including Add Exception, Add Cycle Count Exception, Remove Cycle Count Changes, and Zero Out Containers.
Last Used Shows the last time the component or ingredient was used in a BPR.
Batch Cost The cost of the batch when it was received.
Available Cost The cost of the batch based on the current amount in the batch. The system multiplies the CPU for the batch by the available amount.
Used in Production The amount of the batch assigned to BPRs.
Available The amount of the batch that is available. This takes the amount received plus any positive or negative exceptions and totals them together. Exceptions also include any amounts used in BPRs.

Requalification and Retest Dates

Marking a batch as requalified clears its batch lock. Review the batch status again before using it. The Retest Date in batch details shows the scheduled retest date; releasing a quarantined batch clears that retest date.
