View Completed BPRs
The View Completed BPRs page displays all completed Batch Production Records in the system. This page is typically limited to high-level administrators to help maintain consistent and legal manufacturing documentation records.
Navigation
Go to Production > View Completed BPRs.
Access to this grid is typically granted only to high-level administrators, such as owners or partners, to help protect manufacturing documentation records.
Using the Completed BPR Grid
This grid displays all completed BPRs in the system. Entries can be sorted by clicking column titles, using the search function, or filtering by additional options.

Re-Opening a BPR
Re-opening a BPR allows you to edit inventory used at the time of production.
Re-opening a BPR can also allow you to create reworks if the finished product does not meet the customer’s expectations. For example, if an incorrect label was used during production and the customer wants it corrected, a rework may be needed.
Grid Action Buttons
View
Opens the order for the selected BPR row.
Re-Open
Re-opens the selected BPR so you can edit inventory used at the time of production.
Column Visibility
Changes the visible columns for the current grid. These selections are saved per user, browser, and grid.
Excel
Exports the currently displayed grid data to Excel.
