All Components Quote Report
Use the All Components Quote Report to review whether the components or ingredients needed for selected quotes are available before production begins.
Overview
The All Components for Quotes grid displays all available quotes in the system. This page helps you determine whether components are available for a quote if it was placed on an order and a BPR was created.

How to Use This Page
- Select one or more quotes
Choose the quote rows you want to review from the grid.
- Select multiple rows
Click a row and hold the SHIFT key to select multiple rows from the grid.
- Select individual rows
Hold CTRL on Windows or COMMAND on Mac while clicking rows to select individual entries.
- Sort, search, or filter
Use column titles to sort entries, search the grid, or filter by additional options.
- Run an action
Use the grid action buttons to view selected quotes or download report files.
Component and ingredient costs in related BPR component reports use the current price converted to a per-gram value where applicable. This helps current cost comparisons stay consistent across ingredients measured in different units.

View
Opens the selected quote or quotes for review.
Print Report
Downloads a PDF that combines all components and ingredients for the selected production records. The report helps show whether the available assets are sufficient to start production for the selected quote or quotes.
The PDF highlights any components or ingredients that do not have the amount needed to complete the selected quote and production records. It also lists all batches that can be used for the selected production records.
Print Excel Report
Downloads an Excel file that combines all components and ingredients for the selected production records. The file helps show whether the selected quote or quotes can be produced.
The Excel file also lists all batches that can be used for the selected quote or quotes.
