General Settings
The General Settings configuration page allows you to manage basic system settings in Virtual Ops. Use it to configure security settings, sticker colors and formats, BPR yield tolerance, and default lab testing form values.
Navigation
Go to Administration > Configuration > General Settings.
Available Settings
Security Settings
Configure password expiration settings, login attempt limits, and lockout time settings.
Quarantine Sticker
Set the colors used for quarantine stickers.
Release Sticker
Set the colors used for release stickers.
Conditional Release Sticker
Set the colors used for conditional release stickers.
Rejected Sticker
Set the colors used for rejected stickers.
Batch Sticker
Configure the format and size used for batch stickers.
Allowed BPR Yield
Set the allowed percentage difference for BPR yield before the BPR Container Yield email event is triggered.
Testing Default Form Number
Set the default form number used when printing lab testing for batches.
Testing Default Form Revision
Set the default revision number used when printing lab testing for batches.
BPR Yield Setting
When a BPR yield is entered and saved, the system calculates the difference between the entered yield and the original BPR count.
If the percentage difference is more than the configured positive or negative percentage, the BPR Container Yield email event is triggered.
The Testing Default Form Number and Testing Default Form Revision settings are used when printing lab testing for batches.
