Note Categories
The Note Categories configuration page allows you to create and edit note categories for your system. These categories are available during the quoting process and can be tailored to your needs.
Navigation
Go to Administration > Configuration > Note Categories.
How to Create or Edit a Note Category

Open the category dropdown
Click the dropdown input labeled Select an Option.

Select a category option
Choose an existing option to edit it, or select Add New to create a new note category.

Enter the category name
Enter the note category name.

Set the category active
Set the note category as Active.

Save the category
Click the Save Category button at the bottom to complete the process.
Note categories are used during the quoting process and can be customized to match your system needs.
