Storage Location List
The Storage Location List page shows active batches and containers in a selected storage location. Use the filters to populate the grid, then expand a batch row to view its containers within the location and log.
Navigation
Go to Inventory Batches > Storage Location List in Virtual Ops.
How to Filter the Storage Location List
- Select a batch status
Choose the Batch Status filter to begin narrowing the grid results.
- Select a warehouse
Choose the Warehouse where the storage location is located.
- Enter a location
Type at least two characters in the location input to view matching locations in a dropdown list, then select the correct location.
- Review the grid
After the filters are completed, the grid populates with the location batches and their containers.
- Refine the results
If the list is heavily populated, use the search input or sort the grid columns. For more information on grid sorting, click here.
Only active batches with containers in the selected location are shown in the grid.
How to View Containers
Click the green plus icon on the left side of a batch row to show the containers within the selected location and log. When the row is open, the icon turns red and displays a minus symbol.
Action Buttons
Column Visibility
Changes the visible columns for the current grid. These selections are saved per user, browser, and grid.
Excel
Exports the currently displayed grid data to Excel.
