Cleaning

The Cleaning page displays a sortable and searchable grid of cleaning tasks that have been performed. Use this page to review existing cleaning entries, add new tasks, edit selected entries, adjust grid columns, or export the displayed grid data.

Page Access

This page is located under Maintenance > Cleaning in the Virtual Ops system.

Users must have access to the Maintenance < Cleaning permission to view and use this functionality.

How to Use the Cleaning Grid

  1. Review cleaning tasks

    The grid displays cleaning tasks that have already been performed.

  2. Sort the grid

    Click a column title to sort the cleaning entries by that column.

  3. Search or filter results

    Use the search function or additional filter options to narrow the entries shown in the grid.

Grid Action Buttons

Add New

Add a new cleaning entry or cleaning task.

Edit

Select a cleaning entry row in the grid, then choose Edit to update that entry.

Column Visibility

Change which columns are visible on the current grid. These selections are saved per user, browser, and grid.

Excel

Export the currently displayed grid data to Excel.
