Activity Report

Use the Activity Report to review activity for a component or ingredient and forecast when inventory may run out based on scheduled BPRs and POs.

Overview

The Activity Report shows all activity for a selected component or ingredient. It helps you see BPRs or POs that are going to use or receive the component so you can forecast ingredient availability and avoid production delays.

Virtual Ops navigation: Reports > Activity Report.

ETA Dates Required

The list is sorted by ETA date for both BPRs and POs in ascending order. BPRs or POs without an ETA date will not be displayed in the grid.

How to View Activity

Select a component
Click the Component dropdown, search for the component or ingredient, and select it.
Reload the grid
Use the Reload Grid button to refresh the displayed report data.
Review upcoming usage and receipts
Check the grid for BPRs or POs that are scheduled to use or receive the selected component.

Reloads the grid data currently displayed on the page.

CSV

Exports the currently displayed grid data in CSV format.

Excel

Exports the currently displayed grid data to Excel.

PDF

Exports the currently displayed grid data in PDF format.

Print

Prints the data available on the screen.
