Chemical Batches
The Chemical Batches page lists chemical batches by newest first. Use it to review batch details, reprint stickers, trace batch activity, and open location history for chemical inventory.
Navigation
Go to Inventory > Chemicals > Chemical Batches.
Grid columns
The grid includes the batch ID, chemical name, manufacturer, source batch, location, created date, expiration date, and batch tags. You can filter by status and search across visible columns.
Action Buttons
View Batch
Opens the full batch details window for the selected chemical batch.
Re-Print Batch
Generates the selected batch sticker again.
Trace Batch
Opens the batch trace tab so you can review changes made to the batch.
Location Log
Shows where the selected batch containers have been moved.
Add Exception
If the user has batch-exception permission, opens the batch exception workflow for the selected row.
Excel
Exports the currently displayed batch list.
How to review a batch
- Select a batch row
Click the batch you want to inspect.
- Open batch details
Choose View Batch to open the detail window.
- Review history
Use Trace Batch or Location Log when you need to inspect movement or changes.
- Reprint if needed
Use Re-Print Batch to regenerate the label for the selected batch.
The Add Exception workflow depends on the user having batch exception access in the application.
