View Orders
The View Orders page displays all orders in the system and provides tools for sorting, filtering, editing, tracking production, and managing order-related workflows.
Overview
The View Orders grid allows users to manage and monitor all orders in the system. Orders can be sorted by clicking column headers, searched using the search field, or filtered using additional grid options.
The page also provides access to order details, notes, production records, MMRs, testing charges, scheduling, files, logs, and workflow-related actions.

How to Use View Orders
- Locate an Order
Use the grid sorting, search field, or filtering options to find the required order.
- Select the Order
Click a row in the grid to activate the available action buttons.
- Open the Order
Use the View action to open the order details page and access related tabs and actions.
- Manage Production Records
Create or review BPRs, update MMRs, configure blends, and track production progress.
- Complete or Lock the Order
Use the available order actions to lock, complete, or delete the order when appropriate.
Grid Actions
View Order
Open the selected order to review or edit order information and related records.
Edit Notes
Open the order directly to the Notes tab for viewing or editing order notes.
Export to Excel
Export the currently displayed grid data into an Excel spreadsheet.
Column Visibility
Customize visible columns within the grid. Settings are saved per user and browser.
Order Statuses
- New — Initial status assigned when an order is created.
- Production — Assigned automatically once a BPR is printed for production.
- Locked — Indicates the order has been locked from editing.
- Completed — Assigned after all BPRs are completed and the order is finalized.
Workflow
Order Alerts
- Missing Components — Not enough inventory is available to complete the production record.
- Ready for Production — All required components are available and production can begin.
Once an order enters the Production status, Order Details can no longer be edited.
Order Actions
Testing Charges
Add testing charges and manual charges to the order through the Charges tab.
Lock Order
Prevent users from editing the selected order.
Complete Order
Mark the order as completed once all BPRs have been removed or completed.
Edit Details
Update ETA date, PO number, PO date, order count, and tags before production begins.
Delete Order
Remove the order from the system.

View, create, and manage Batch Production Runs for the order.
MMR Tab
Manage Master Manufacturing Records, imports, blends, and sieves.
Charges Tab
Review testing charges and add manual order charges.
Files Tab
Upload and manage files associated with the order.
Notes Tab
Add and manage order notes and tags.
Logs Tabs
Track order count changes, BPR activity, and production history.
MMRs and Blends
Master Manufacturing Records (MMRs) define the production blueprint for an order. MMRs can be customized per customer and order quantity.
Users can import existing MMRs when ingredient structures match the current order. The Setup Blends/Sieves action allows users to configure blends, pre-blends, ingredient ordering, and sieve specifications.
Saving changes to blends or sieves creates a new MMR version. Existing production records created from previous versions may require updates.
