In-Process Tracking
The In-Process Tracking page lists active production trackers. Use it to review tracker details, update location and notes, print tracker labels, deactivate trackers, and review tracker history.
Navigation
Go to Production > In-Process Tracking.
Grid columns
The grid includes the tracker number, production ID, product name, lot number, date added, location, net weight, and notes. You can filter by status and search specific columns.
Action Buttons
View
Opens the tracker details so you can review or update its information.
Edit
Uses the same tracker details window to update the tracker record.
Prints the tracker label for the selected row.
View Log
Shows the log entries tied to the selected tracker.
Deactivate
Removes one or more selected trackers from active use.
Excel
Exports the current tracker grid to Excel.
How to review or update a tracker
- Select a tracker
Choose the tracker row you want to review.
- Open the tracker
Click View or Edit.
- Review details
Check the tracker number, product details, lot number, location, weight, and notes.
- Update fields if needed
Change the location, weight, or notes and save the tracker.
