In-Process Tracker Log

The In-Process Tracker Log is used to track blended ingredients that are not ready or scheduled for packaging. Use it to review tracker details, confirm current locations, remove trackers, print tracker PDFs, and export grid data.

Navigation

Go to Production > In-Process Tracker Log.

Using the In-Process Tracker Log

The In-Process Tracker displays blended ingredients that have been scanned and entered, but are not ready or scheduled for packaging.

In-Process Trackers can be moved to different locations using the scanner. The current location of each tracker is displayed in the grid under the location column.

Entries can be sorted by clicking column titles, using the search function, or filtering by additional options. For more information on grid sorting, click here.

Grid Action Buttons

View

Opens the tracker details window for the selected tracker row. From this window, you can edit the tracker details.

Remove

Removes the selected tracker from the grid.

Print

Downloads a printable PDF for the selected tracker.

Column Visibility

Changes the visible columns for the current grid. These selections are saved per user, browser, and grid.

Excel

Exports the currently displayed grid data to Excel.

How to Manage a Tracker

  1. Select a tracker

    Click a tracker row in the grid.

  2. View or edit details

    Click the View action button to open the tracker details window and edit tracker details if needed.

  3. Move the tracker

    Use the scanner to move the tracker to a different location. The updated location displays in the location column.

  4. Print or remove the tracker

    Use the Print action to download a printable PDF, or use Remove to remove the tracker from the grid.
