Quote Restrictions
The Quote Restrictions report helps you find quotes with vendor or manufacturer restrictions on their components or ingredients. Use it to review sourcing requirements before quoting, ordering, or production planning.
Navigation
Go to Reports > Quote Restrictions.
How to Use the Report
- Select optional filters
Choose a vendor or manufacturer if you only want to see quotes that match a specific restriction.
- Choose a search field
Use the Search By dropdown to focus the grid search on a specific column, or leave it set to All.
- Run the report
Click Get Report to refresh the grid with the selected filters.
- Review quote details
Select a row and use View Quote to open the quote in a separate window.
- View restrictions
Select View Restrictions to see the matching component or ingredient restrictions for the selected quote.
Grid Columns
The report includes quote, company, product, version, stage, job type, case count, sales representative, and tag information so you can identify the affected quote quickly.
Grid Action Buttons
View Quote
Opens the selected quote for review.
View Restrictions
Shows the vendor and manufacturer restrictions that apply to the selected quote and current filters.
Column Visibility
Changes which report columns are visible in the grid.
Excel
Exports the current grid results to Excel.
