Certifications

The Certifications configuration page allows you to create and edit certifications for your system. Use it to define certification names, status, racking rules, and graphical identifiers.

Navigation

Go to Administration > Configuration > Certifications.

How to Create or Edit a Certification

  1. Open the certification dropdown

    Click the dropdown labeled Select Certification.

  2. Select a certification option

    Choose an existing certification from the list to edit it, or select Add New at the bottom of the list to create a new certification.

  3. Enter certification details

    Fill out the certification name and set the status to Active.

  4. Set racking rules

    If ingredients with this certification require location placement based on other ingredient placement in the warehouse, set Racking Rules Apply to Yes.

  5. Upload the identifier

    Drag a unique 200px by 200px JPG graphical identifier into the image area on the right side of the Certifications window.

  6. Save the certification

    Click the blue Save Certification button at the bottom to update your system.

Graphical Identifier Requirement

Each certification should use a unique graphical identifier uploaded as a 200px by 200px JPG file.

Racking Rules

Some ingredients with certifications require location placement specific to other ingredient placement within your warehouse. When this applies, set Racking Rules Apply to Yes.
